  SPX SERIES QUAD FUEL BURNER

 

SUN COMBUSTION, INC. announced the release of its new SP & SPX Series Quad Fuel Burner packages and systems at A.C.H.E.M.A. 2003, held May 19 through 24, 2003 in Frankfurt, Germany.

The product line includes liquid, gas and solid fuel burner packages and systems that are designed to fire virtually any type of burnable material and can be utilized on almost any type of conventional and waste fuel burning application.

The SP & SPX Series Quad Fuel Burners are of modular design and various modules can be assembled to produce burner packages and systems for specific applications including: boilers, heaters, ovens, dryers, kilns, furnaces, incinerators, etc.

The SP & SPX Series Quad Fuel Burner  packages and systems can:

Be operated with extremely low or very high excess combustion air levels.

bullet

Be operated in high positive or high negative draft conditions.

bullet

Fire conventional or unconventional (waste) multiple fuels individually or simultaneously.

bullet

Utilize ambient or high temperature combustion air.

bullet

Fire in vertical up or vertical down positions.

bullet

Be used in multiple burner applications.

bullet

Be designed for use as an "In Situ-Incineration" system.

bullet

Achieve firing rate-turndown-ratios exceeding 20:1 without flame instability.
