Sun Combustion, Inc.'s SPI SERIES™ PORTABLE WASTE INCINERATION SYSTEMS are
unique and incorporate innovative technologies that have never been seen
or utilized in a portable waste incineration system before.
SPI SERIES™ PORTABLE INCINERATION SYSTEMS
are designed for ease of transport and come in a variety of configurations that
can meet most customer's needs but the systems can be designed to a customer's
specific requirements readily because of the system's innovative modular design.
SPI
SERIES™ PORTABLE WASTE INCINERATION SYSTEMS are of a modular design so
customization of a system for a customer's specific requirements is a relatively
simple process. In addition, because of the system's modular design, additional
features may be incorporated at a later time and that process will be easy
because all of the modules of the SPI SERIES™ PORTABLE INCINERATION SYSTEM
were designed to interface and work together from the start.
SPI SERIES™ PORTABLE WASTE INCINERATION SYSTEMS are designed for high
temperature destruction of waste materials and systems can be manufactured for up to
3000º F continuous operation (Primary and Secondary Chamber Units) with an
outside metal shell temperature complying with O.S.H.A. regulations and
requirements.
SPI SERIES™ PORTABLE WASTE INCINERATION SYSTEMS are
manufactured from only high quality materials and components so they can endure
the forces that they will be subjected to and survive the weather
elements that they will be exposed to during transport or operation.
SPI SERIES™ PORTABLE WASTE INCINERATION SYSTEMS are designed
to handle liquid, gaseous or solid waste materials including: Chemicals (dry and
wet), plastics, greases, oils, solvents, woods, deceased animals, illegal drugs,
pyrotechnics, medical waste, tires, hazardous waste and many other types of
waste streams.
SPI SERIES™ PORTABLE INCINERATION SYSTEMS utilize Sun
Combustion, Inc.'s SPX Series™ burners, SBR Series™ Gas Heads, Liquid
Atomizing Nozzles, Solid fuel burner technology, Draft Inducement System, Waste
Gas Flow Control System, and many other types of
innovative technologies pioneered and developed by Sun Combustion, Inc.
SPI
SERIES™ PORTABLE INCINERATION SYSTEMS are easy to operate and incorporate many
automatic with manual back-up features. A central control station for operating
and monitoring the entire system's operation is utilized and the operator
control interface was designed with the operator in mind. The control system
incorporates self and system diagnostic capabilities for ease of
trouble-shooting problems should they arise.
SPI SERIES™ PORTABLE WASTE
INCINERATION SYSTEMS incorporate numerous safety components and features.
Compliance with National Fire Protection Association (N.F.P.A.) and Factory
Mutual (F.M.) code regulations and requirements is standard but different or
additional code regulations or requirements can be incorporated into the system
at time of the system's manufacture.
SPI SERIES™ PORTABLE WASTE INCINERATION
SYSTEMS can be manufactured to comply with local, state and federal
environmental code specifications and regulations.
SPI SERIES™
PORTABLE INCINERATION SYSTEMS can have various options added including: Stack
gas monitoring, control and trim systems, Remote alarm and paging, Remote system
control and monitoring, Material processed and primary fuel usage totalizing,
and many other options are available to meet a customer's needs.
